Who we are
This site is operated by Geoffrey Hughes, in Studio City, California. Questions about anything below: hello@geoffrey-hughes.com.
What we collect
Only what’s needed to schedule a session and reach you about it.
- At booking: your name, email, phone, what brings you (optional), and payment information (processed by Stripe — we don’t see or store your card number).
- From the site itself: basic technical logs (IP, browser, page visited) collected by Cloudflare to keep the site online and secure.
- Voluntarily, if you call or write: anything you choose to share.
What we use it for
- To schedule, confirm, and run your session.
- To process payment when Geoffrey confirms your booking.
- To send you appointment reminders and a follow-up note.
- To answer questions you send.
- Nothing else.
Who we share it with
Only the services that actually run the booking:
- Cal.com — manages the calendar, the confirmation flow, and hosts the video call. Cal.com also sends confirmation and reminder emails.
- Stripe — processes the payment hold and charge. Stripe also sends payment receipts.
- Gmail — hosts the email reply.
- Cloudflare — hosts the site and routes traffic.
We don’t sell your information. We don’t share it for marketing. There’s no third-party analytics or ad tracking on this site.
Your rights (California / CCPA)
You can request a copy of what we have on file, ask us to delete it, or correct it. Write to hello@geoffrey-hughes.com; we’ll handle it within 45 days.
A note on medical privacy
This isn’t a healthcare practice in the HIPAA sense — it’s coaching and pattern work. Sessions intentionally don’t involve diagnoses, treatment plans, or protected health information. Please don’t send medical details by email; if anything specifically health-related comes up in a session, that’s between you and Geoffrey, and isn’t recorded.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it.
