The session opens with a conversation about what brought you — what’s going on, what you’ve tried, what keeps coming back around. From there we look together at the root of it. Geoffrey’s training as a physician of Eastern medicine shapes how he listens; the form is a conversation.
All sessions are online via video call (90 minutes). A note from Geoffrey reaches your inbox the next day with what stood out and any small practice he suggests.
Cancellation policy
- More than 24 hours before your session — cancel for any reason. The card hold is released; no charge issued.
- Within 24 hours — non-refundable. We understand life happens, write to Geoffrey and he’ll consider it on its circumstances.
- No-shows — non-refundable.
- If Geoffrey can’t confirm your booking — the card hold is released, typically within a few business days. You’re never charged.
- Package sessions can be rescheduled once at no charge. Repeated rescheduling may carry a small fee — it blocks someone else’s slot.

How much does a session cost?
A single 90-minute session is $400. A ten-session package is also available — $3,500 total.
Are sessions virtual or in person?
Sessions are online — Cal Video by default, FaceTime if you’d prefer. Once your booking is confirmed, Geoffrey will send you the meeting link directly; be cautious of links from unverified sources claiming to be him. In-person is by arrangement only — located in Studio City, CA.
Why does my card get held but not charged?
When you book, your card is authorized — not charged. Geoffrey reviews each request himself. The actual charge happens 24 hours before your session, after he’s confirmed. If he can’t accommodate the time, the hold is released — typically within a few business days.
Do you take insurance?
No — sessions aren’t covered by insurance. The work doesn’t fit how insurance categorizes things, and keeping it out of that frame lets each session be what it needs to be.
