If the other two aren’t the right fit, write to Geoffrey instead. Tell him what’s going on and why you’d like to talk it through. He reads every request himself, and if it’s one he can take on he’ll set up a 15-minute call.

What you can expect

It opens with what brought you — the situation, what you’ve already tried, what keeps circling back. From there the two of you work toward the root of it. Geoffrey’s training as a physician of Eastern medicine shapes how he listens, though nothing about the format is clinical.

Every session runs 90 minutes over video. Afterward a note reaches your inbox with what stood out to him and any small practice he suggests.

Cancellation policy

  • More than 24 hours before your session — cancel for any reason. The card hold is released and no charge is issued.
  • Less than 24 hours before your session — non-refundable. Life happens, though. Write to Geoffrey and he’ll weigh it on the circumstances.
  • No-shows — non-refundable.
  • If Geoffrey can’t confirm your booking — the card hold is released, typically within a few business days. You’re never charged.
  • Package sessions can be rescheduled once at no charge. Repeated rescheduling may carry a small fee, since a held slot is one nobody else can take.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a session cost?
One 90-minute session is $400. The package is ten 90-minute sessions for $3,500, which works out to $350 each. There is also a session by request, which carries no set price — you write to Geoffrey, he reviews it himself, and the ones he can take on start with a 15-minute call.
What exactly does the ten-session package include?
Ten separate 90-minute sessions — the same conversation as a single booking, ten times over. You pay once when you book the first one, then schedule the remaining nine as you go, at whatever pace suits you. There is no second charge and no expiry date. Every session carries its own follow-up note.
How does a session by request work?
You write to Geoffrey on the request page — what’s going on, and why you’d like to talk it through. Nothing is charged and no card is entered anywhere in that process. He reads each request personally and replies in 1–2 days. If it’s one he can take on, he’ll arrange a 15-minute call so the two of you can talk before anything else is decided.
Are sessions virtual or in person?
Sessions are online — Cal Video by default, FaceTime if you’d prefer. Once your booking is confirmed, Geoffrey will send you the meeting link directly; be cautious of links from unverified sources claiming to be him. In-person is by appointment only — located in Studio City, CA.
Why does my card get held but not charged?
Booking authorizes your card rather than charging it. Geoffrey reviews each request himself, and the money only moves 24 hours before your session, once he has confirmed. If he can’t accommodate the time you picked, the hold is released — typically within a few business days.
Do you take insurance?
No — sessions aren’t covered by insurance. The work doesn’t fit how insurance categorizes things, and keeping it out of that frame lets each session be what it needs to be.
What kind of things does Geoffrey help with?
A decision you’re weighing. An ending, or a chapter just starting. Something that keeps repeating. Something you’ve been trying to see clearly and can’t. The work fits what sits underneath the topic rather than the topic itself, so you don’t need to arrive with it already named.
How do I book?
Pick a time on the booking page and leave your card — held, not charged. Geoffrey reads every request personally and replies in 1–2 days.
What is the cancellation policy?
More than 24 hours before your session, cancel for any reason and the hold is released. Less than 24 hours before your session it’s non-refundable, though life happens — write to Geoffrey and he’ll weigh it. No-shows are non-refundable. Full details above.
How long does each session take?
90 minutes. Plan to be somewhere quiet where you won’t be interrupted.

Pick the way that fits.

Not sure which one? Say so when you write — Geoffrey will tell you straight. Replies come in 1–2 days.
